Enable cheat menu:
Hit C-Up + C-Down at the main menu. If the code is accepted you will
see the message "You have found the secret room ..." message
Then, press the following button combination at the cheat screen:

Bonus teams: C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Down, C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Down.
Long necks: C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Up, C-Down.
Tiny players for home team: C-Up, C-Down.
Tiny players for opponent team: C-Up, C-Right.
Tiny players for both teams: C-Up, C-Right, C-Down.
Giant heads for home team: C-Up, C-Up, C-Down.
Giant heads for away team: C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right.

Clone teams
Hit C-Up(7 times) at the team selection screen. If the code is accepted,
you should hear a sound - of a bouncing ball. To create a home team,
where every member is the same, hit C-Down the indicated number of
times. To create a clone away team, hit Z to bring up the team
selection screen that features statistics before pressing C-Down.
