Unlock extra stages:
Pause the game play and press the following button combinations:
Hold Z and hit C-Down, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R. If the code is
accepted, you should hear a sound. Now the "Enter Secret Worlds" option is
available and you can acces to new stages.

Select any stage:
Pause the game play and press the following button combinations:
Hold Z and hit R, B, A, B, A, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Up,
C-Down, C-Left, C-Right. If the code is accepted, you should hear a sound.
Now the "Unlock Worlds" option is available and you can select any stages.
