Unlimited lives
Go to "Hungry Tonight?". Find Snott and get the Power Parp Tin.
Use Power Parp Tin to collect the nearby bonus life.
Enter "Hungry Tonight?" and immediately leave.
Speak with Snott again, and collect another Power Parp Tin.
Collect the extra life again. Repeat as many times you want.

Hold Z then hit C-Up, C-Down, Left at the title screen
Unlock Earthworm Kim - Harder game mode:
Find 1000 marbles and finish the game by reaching Smart Superhero rating.
