Batman Beyond: Return Of The Joker

Enable Flight mode
Pause game play, and, after that, press Up, Down, Left, Left.

Beat the Joker
Equip the Defensive Suit and constantly ram him with the
Shield Punch. You can defeat him easily with 15 hits.
