Skip stages:
Hold L and press C-Up, C-Down, C-Up, C-Down, Up, Down, Up, Down,
Right, Left, Right, Left.
Unlimited courage:
Hold L and press C-Up, C-Left, C-Down, C-Up, C-Down, Up, Right,
Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Down.
